The majority of our scheduled classes will be delivered in a live virtual (remote) delivery format. You can learn more here. Of course, we are monitoring the situation continuously.
We have tried to relax our standard cancellation policy and will offer a refund if your circumstances change and rescheduling is not possible. Please contact us to find out more.
You may cancel or transfer to a later course date up to up to 10 full business days before your scheduled course date. We reserve the right to deduct any fees we incurred from any refund provided at your request. This may include but is not limited to credit card, bank transfer or currency conversion fees.
If cancellation occurs within the 10 business days prior to the scheduled course date, you will incur a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the engagement price. We will always accommodate the movement of engagement dates whenever possible.
Please note that cancellation fees will not be credited to any other engagements.
We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or amend the time, date and location of a training course at any time, including the right to change the delivery format (in-person or online) or replace personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event of any change, you are entitled to transfer to another class or take a full refund.
We shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule. We advise against making travel arrangements until course joining instructions are sent out via email. It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive this email.
No refunds will be available for participants that fail to attend all days of the course.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course if notified via email in advance.
