Data protection at b-agile
Your privacy is important to us and you can feel secure with our handling of your personal data. We are as transparent as possible with how we handle your personal information and you can of course always ask to change or delete your personal data from our records.
What is personal information?
What counts as personal data is all that can be tied to an individual. It can be, for example, names, telephone numbers, or social security numbers, but also information about persons’ activities, food preferences on courses, or purchase history.
How do we get your personal information?
The information that we handle is collected by registering for courses (both physical and e-learning) via our website or via mail/telephone, entering into an agreement with us, or signing up for our newsletter. Of course, we also handle information about the employees or sub-consultants for BAgile, and in some cases contact information to representatives of partners or events that we sponsor.
Why do we handle personal data?
The reason for us to handle your personal data is to be able to give you as the customer the best possible service from us in the form of coaching, courses, or news from the agile world. In some cases, the information is also required to enter into an agreement with us. In order to do this in the best possible way, we need to save personal data during periods.
How do we handle personal data?
We take care to handle your information carefully and do not store the data for longer than is required to fulfill the agreement we have with you or to comply with the laws that exist (for example, for accounting reasons). Your personal data may be stored with one of our subcontractors so that we can handle it in a good way. The systems we use to manage personal data are: Mailchimp (for mailing lists) and Xero (for invoicing & accounting)
Of course, we will never sell your information to an external party, and you may unsubscribe from our communications at any time.
