Booking & Payments Questions:

Yes, you can cancel or amend your booking. If you cancel more than ten days before the course starts, you’ll receive a full refund minus any costs we’ve incurred. For cancellations made with less than ten days’ notice, you’ll be refunded 50% of the course fee. All cancellations must be communicated in writing and confirmed by us. If b-agile cancels or reschedules a course, participants are entitled to a full refund or can opt to transfer to another date. If you choose to transfer, simply inform us of the new date you’d like to attend, and we will action accordingly. Once the transfer is completed, a new course ticket will be sent to you. Full attendance is required as per course agreements. However, life can be unpredictable. If emergencies arise, we expect learners to have cleared their calendars for the course days. It’s at the trainer’s discretion to determine if you’ve missed too much to be accredited. Typically, missing more than an hour is not accepted. If deemed that you’ve missed too much, you won’t receive a refund or assessment codes. However, we’ll accommodate you in a future class at no extra cost.

VAT is always included for in-person courses. However, for virtual courses, VAT is not included if registered attendees and the invoiced organization are outside the UK. It will be automatically calculated and adjusted at the checkout.

Yes. You can claim 14 PDU’s for attending a course.
