Create your Definition of Done
After understanding the importance of the Definition of Done, a common dilemma is how do we get started. This is a useful exercise to run with your team to create your Definition of Done and to obtain the transparency of what your current definition of done is and the gap between this meaning valuable and usable. In software development, this would mean releasable.
