Know your Scrum Accountabilities?

A fun and interactive exercise we tend to run to help a group, or a Scrum Team, explore their understanding of Scrum accountabilities. It will help drive a thought-provoking group discussion about Scrum accountabilities to gain a deeper insight into the accountabilities, and their boundaries and help raise any misunderstandings the group may have.

This may be a useful exercise for newly formed Scrum teams, or to kick start a team, to help them have the correct boundary understanding of the Scrum Accountabilities, to enable them to become a self-managed team.
