A useful exercise with your team to create your Definition of Done and to obtain the transparency of what your current done is and the gap between this meaning valuable and usable. In software development, this would mean releasable.
Teams then can use this transparency to help them decide on what the next steps are needed to get them closer to a Definition of Done which means a releasable increment at the end of each Sprint.
