Public course policy
Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have amended our course policy to reduce the risk to our customers and offer you increased flexibility
Majority of our scheduled classes will be delivered in a live virtual (remote) delivery format. You can learn more here. Of course we are monitoring the situation continuously.
You may transfer to a later course date any time up to up to 2 full business days before your scheduled course date. We have also relaxed our cancellation policy and in most cases will be able to offer a refund if your circumstances change and rescheduling is not possible. Please contact us to find out more.
We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or amend the time, date and location of a training course at any time, including the right to change the delivery format (in-person or online) or replace personnel who may be scheduled to deliver the training. In the event of any change, you are entitled to transfer to another class or take a full refund.
We shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule. We advise against making travel arrangements until course joining instructions are sent out via email (usually around 7 days before the start date of a course, although this may be as late as 2 business days due to COVID-19 uncertainty). It is your responsibility to contact us if you do not receive this email.
No refunds will be available for participants that fail to attend all days of the course.
Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the start of the course if notified via email in advance.
